Room is spacious, was given a double bed instead of single size -- mattress and bedding is comfortable.
Upon arrival, instead of getting a greeting from the frontdesk, the first statement I got was that checkin is at 3pm so I said fine and that I'll just leave my stuff and use the toilet first. When I went back to leave my luggage, I was told I can checkin early if I pay an additional fee. The room rate at that time is already high so it doesn't make sense to ask for a check-in fee if the room is already available. Plus, I thought toiletries are included but there's only shampoo on the bathroom, no handwash or soap, good thing I brought my own. Aircon stuck on fan mode and didn't get cold as expected.
