I have a very restricted diet, the Andaz prepared breakfast and dinner exactly as requested.

The rooms are very nice and cosy, very nicely designed, the bed was hudge!
We loved the roof top bar and The loney Broccoli restaurant. The staff was so nice!
The Spa treatment could not be billed at the room and they asked for cash money.
But at the end they found a credit card machine!

Fantastic property. Pool and spa facilities were amazing. Dining room amazing.
The attitude of some of the staff was poor. Male receptionists in particular. Gave preference to other (richer looking and pushy) customers. Didn’t always go out of their way to help. As a parent travelling solo I’d have expected a bit more. After visiting reception (in person) hoping for a glass of milk-to then charge 5 euro room service plus 3 euro fifty and bringing the smallest glass of milk for my son was a bit much when we were missing breakfast for flights and I just wanted milk in the room for early departure. The courtesy mini bar being restocked turned from lemonade to water during the week. That sort of thing.
