Big room with huge TV. Parking in the hotel garage with direct elevator access to the hotel. A very good breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Peaceful location.
Upon arrival we got a room with non-functioning air conditioning. I complained about this, and the lady at the reception took immediate action and changed our room to one with functioning air conditioning.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast bar had so much variety and really tasty. Great room. Massive bathroom. Underground carparks were easy to find. Highly recommend.

I had a great time here. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The room is very sleek and luxurious for the price. The bathtub area is very open, there is no door between it and the bed.
There was an issue where the bath robe wasn't in my room like it was supposed to, but that was quickly resolved with a trip to the reception desk.
Best part is definitely the complimentary spa. I spent close to three hours there. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere, even when it got a bit busy. It's open until late at night and you can come and go as you please, no need to book a specific time slot.
The towels ran out towards the end of my spa visit, I wish they could have been replenished more. Other than that, no complaints. Would love to come back.
