The building is old, but everything you need is equipped. I chose this hotel because air conditioner is equipped, and an electric kettle is equipped in the room. Lots of choices of International TV programs. The hotel is located at Schwabing, which is very active, pretty, cultural area. It is very different from the central part of Munich. A department store, organic supermarkets, nice cafes and restaurants are all in walking distance. Two subway stations are nearby.
Some hotel receptionists are friendly, but some are not. The wi-fi is not stable, and I needed to log in very often.

Clean hotel at a nice location in Schwabing, close to metro and supermarkets.
The facilities are a bit dated, and breakfast was not spectacular.

The location is very good.
The toilet smelled like urine and I the towels had a very strong curry smell which wasn't pleasing at all, after paying 300 Euros for 1 night it should at least be clean!
