Good value for high quality !

Room was very large, silent and comfortable. Staff was friendly and kind. Breakfast was ok.

Description for the parking could be more detailed. There is a shared parking place in shopping center (FORUM) next to the hotel (FORUM). You have direct elevator connection to the hotel from parking place. If you bring your ticket to the reception they apply hotel discount for the parking (otherwise it is 30 EUR / day ). Only problem with the hotel: elevator was always busy. I think it is too small and only one elevator is not enough for the whole hotel.

Nice hotel

I really appreciated that it has a small kitchen in the room with everything you need for a short stay. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot enough. Breakfast was basic but was ok for the price.

Even though the shower was good, on the last day I could not use it because there was a problem with the hot water, so only cold water was available. I think this is important to mention because I saw comments before my stay that said that happened the same to them. Germany is a cold country, so no hot shower is very annoying. They do not clean the room daily, but somehow someone entered the room because I found dark hair in the bathroom every day I came back to sleep.

Unerfreulicher Check-in, schönes Zimmer

Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet.

Der Check-in war sehr irritierend. Bezahlung mit EC-Karte war nicht möglich. Musste um 22:30 Uhr zu einer Bank gehen und Bargeld abheben. Werde definitiv hier nicht wieder übernachten. Käse beim Frühstück war sehr trocken, sonst ist das Frühstück ausreichend und bietet für jeden etwas.

Breakfast lacked a variety of options, there weren’t, but hardly vegetables. Not as many options as I expected.

Machen wir wieder!

Die Rezeption war sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Wir haben Geschäftliches in den letzten Tagen des Jahres zu erledigen gehabt. Die Rezeption hat uns die PDFs von unserem Partner ausgedruckt. Darüber hinaus was es sehr angenehm, dass die Zimmerfenster zu öffnen waren. Gefallen hat uns ebenfalls, dass keine Teppichböden verlegt waren.

Ein Bettbezug war verschlissen.

hotel with family-friendly conditions and beautiful architecture

Big comfortable rooms good for families. Nice and helpfully staff.

Breakfast with few options. We need to walk a lot to go to the city center. Not easy with children’s. On one of the days of our stay, the hotel ran out of hot water, which did not allow us to take a shower after going on long walks.

Konzept eines Hotels, das den Gast aus dem Blick verliert

Die Lage , die Kitchenette

Das amerikanische Management hat sich offenbar nicht das Ziel gesetzt, bei der Konzeption des Hotels auch einmal die Perspektive des Gastes einzunehmen. So gibt es keine Anfahrtbeschreibung , die der komplexen Lage einer in zwei Teile getrennten Tiefgarage mit verschiedenen Einfahrten gerecht würde. Hat man nach Telefonat mit der Rezept und viel Mühe endlich den richtigen Teil erwischt, geht die Suche aufgrund der miserablen Ausschilderung zum Hotelzugang weiter. Je nachdem, wer gerade an der Rezeption eingesetzt ist, trifft man auf freundliche, aber unwissende Menschen mit begrenzter Sprachkenntnis. Im Aufzug nervt die völlig überflüssige Ansageschleife "Tür öffnet" (was?), "Tür schließt ", wohingegen ein Schild zum Einsatz des Schlüsselkarte für die Fahrt in höhere Stockwerke fehlt. Die generell unpersönliche Atmosphäre, das Fehlen eines Maitre d'hôtel und das unreflektierte amerikanische-deutsche Sprachgemisch auf Rechnung, Hinweisen etc. verstärken den Eindruck, dass hier eine Unterbringungsmaschine hingesetzt wurde, die Rendite bringen soll, ohne dass man sich mit dem Thema "Gastlichkeit" befassen müsste.

très bon rapport qualité/prix

Etablissement moderne; les appartements sont très bien décorés et équipés. Il est situé à à peu près 25 mn de marche du centre ville de Munich. Le quartier est calme. L'établissement est à 5 mn à pieds de l'espace dédié à l'oktobefest (pardon pour l'orthographe mais je ne parle pas l'allemand) mais assez éloigné pour ne pas en subir les nuisances. Si on ne peut pas marcher, il y a une station de métro à 400 m; le tram lignes 18 et 19 qui amènent au centre est également à 400 m et la gare qui dessert également le centre ville est à 500 m. Les personnes à l'accueil sont très accueillantes Les appartements sont très propres et très fonctionnels Petit déjeuner classique mais sans plus

la situation géographique de l'établissement qui est un peu éloigné du centre ville et qui oblige de prendre un transport en commun Détail : absence de chocolat chaud dans la liste des boissons chaudes disponibles au petit déjeuner Autre détail : le français n'est pas pratiqué dans l'établissement comme dans la ville de Munich de façon générale

It was an OK-stay, but the details could be tuned.

Rooms are big and well equipped. Nice view from 5th floor. Breakfast was fine.

It's actually only small details, but they sum up. Examples would be the elevator, always busy and slow. At check-in we got someone who was not yet very sure in what she was doing, so it took quite long. Door at shower doesn't close properly, WIFI partly didn't work at all, irioning board breaks down, etc.

Great place in the heart of Munich, ideal as a base for your explorations of the city.

Pretty central, without being on a busy street. A quick 5 min walk from the nearest tram and U Bahn. The rooms are also pretty spacious and well thought out, good enough for longer stays.

Nothing much, really. Room cleaning wasn’t particularly great, but honestly, didn’t matter too much.

Excellent stay, would definitely stay again.

Great location near the park for Oktoberfest. U station nearby, excellent hotel. Our room was like a "suite" -- even had a kitchen area and a walk-in closet. The balcony was the best.

The breakfast buffet rate was 20 euros, per person. Good food, just wish it wasn't so pricey.
