The location is perfect for what we wanted
The bedroom was so warm and the aircon didn’t work as the system they use is not good. They did supply us with a fan to use but that didn’t do much

The location is near the train station and near the Oktoberfest grounds.
Unfortunately a lot of casinos and gambling, with all the issues those bring. So not a great neighbourhood.

Great location, near the city center.
I ordered 2 nights for 3 adults, to attend two concerts (Coldplay and Adele). We arrived at the hotel late in the afternoon, just to go up to our room to change clothes and leave for the first concert. We arrived again after the concerts, after midnight. At 9am next morning we woke up because of drilling and hammering, because they were changing some windows. We booked the hotel to be able to sleep in - not to be troubled by noise! It is your obligation to inform your visitors of disturbing noise before arriving at the hotel! You should have informed me before our arrival!!!
Another thing... I booked a room for 3 adults. The extra bed was so short that even I had my toes out of the bed - and I am only 165 cm tall. Then there were two big screws just beside my head and I scratched my hand in sleep. There was nothing covering these screws! This was a children's bed and not suitable for adults - and actually not suitable for children either with these uncovered screws!
I informed the hotel staff about my unhappiness and complainted but there was no will to do something for us, like refund me part of the hotel cost. I paid full payment of EUR 848 for two nights (which is horrifically high amount for this) and I would be very pleased to have one of these two nights refunded!
THEN I would be able to give better review!
