Gorgeous bavarian style hotel
Great staff and great breakfast.
Parking is tough. On street only. But at least its free. Large cars would struggle.

Cosy, comfortable and good value. Location is walkable from the train station but there are also convenient trams. Didn't have time to explore the neighbourhood but it felt pleasant and there is a good place for food around the corner called the Red Pepper.
I had a single room at the back of the hotel which was comfortable. There is a fire escape directly from the window which looked to be accessible from other rooms (there is a ladder you would have to pull down to access from the ground). The rear of the hotel is accessible from the street. I would not have wanted to sleep with the window completely open, and there is no aircon, so luckily it wasn't too hot.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Decorum was nice and gave the place character. Breakfast was good. Convenient for travelling to Altstadt and Marienplatz - Donnersbergerbrucke train station is less than a 5 minute walk away.

The breakfast was good. The location not good for me.
The location wa# too far from the city center. You could take a convenient tram to get there but I wanted to be in a closer neighborhood. Restaurants were decent but choices limited, there were no other shops in the neighborhood.
The beds were not very comfortable. The worst, is that it was not air conditioned necessitating open windows, and the traffic and noise from the few restaurants prevented restfully sleep.
