Fairly local to station to take you into Munich or to airport

Location is great. Next to Tram station. Can reach city center using Tram. Good restaurant is also available opposite to the hotel

Breakfast is well. Staff is so helpful. Location is very good. Number 20 tram and Sbahn Ubahn is close. Good restaurants are close Italian rest, Bayeriche rest.
Some rooms are refurbished some not. Carpets have stains and dirty but daily vacuumed (not sure if vacuum machines are good). Towels may be whiter!

Close the SBahn as well as UBahn.
* Room next to elevator, noisy, walls are paper thin, bring earplugs
* Dated, at this point it is very dated
* Not a good neighborhood
* Ordered a room with bath, received a shower
* Parking is 17€, there is free parking on the street just behind the hotel, use that
$$$$
