Very generous size room very close to train station and old town allowing access to main attractions I was interested in. Comfortable bed, shower in room was advantageous, shared WC did not cause any issues. Secure entry, initial access via locked box code
Some street noise into late evening, not as noticeable on the second night. To be expected in the area I had selected.

Low price.
Other reviews note most of the cons of this place (red light district, noisy, no shower, etc.). These are mostly fine given the price and convenience of the location. The one thing I will note that I think could be improved is that it was difficult to gain entry to the key lockbox. I arrived late at night and spent about 10 minutes trying to get in, waiting on the street with my bags while drunks and johns streamed by. I think replacing or improving the lock box would provide a less stressful arrival for people arriving after standard check in hours.
