Friendly stuff. Close to the center. Clean and tidy.
Back rooms need better ventilation. Not the best choice if you stay with a family.

Room was very nice; tho the bathroom door was not closing correctly, so that the water came into the front area. We had windows to the street, tho the noise didn´t disturbe as tehe windows were good enough.

Close to Karlsplatz and close to Main station
The window did not close completely
The road noice at night is very loud and lasts until morning hours
Room service lacked attention, forgot garbage, forgot to replace water bottle, forgot to refill coffee and milk

The room and bed were comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location is good in the sense that it is in walking distance to many attractions.
There was nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but it is right by some strip clubs. There were flashing lights outside my window and people yelling all night. I am a light sleeper and could not sleep. If you are a heavier sleeper, it might not be a problem.
