It is an easy drive of only 2.6 miles from the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds and Arena that hosts year-round shows and events. Easy access within 7 miles, are the Oklahoma Cowboy Hall of Fame and Western Heritage Museum, OKC Zoo, Science Museum Oklahoma and Remington Park Racetrack and Casino. The home is fully sanitized/disinfected between guests. All touch areas, both high touch and low touch areas are disinfected at each cleaning. Housekeepers use personal protective gear to protect both themselves and our guests. Fabrics/linens/towels are washed at the highest possible temperature and sanitizing detergents. Furniture is disinfected with spray disinfectants. We take cleanliness very seriously! We have always had this standard, because a family member is immunocompromised, so we have always had these practices. Be your own Barista, enjoy the coffee bar, equipped with coffee maker, cappuccino maker, milk frother, and gourmet, freshly ground coffee with all the accompaniments. Classic furnishings and plush bedding invite you to just come in, relax, and feel at home. Prepare your families favorite meals in our fully-equipped kitchen or party on the private deck, equipped with two grills - your choice of gas-fired or charcoal-fired. We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious and super clean. The hosts’ directions for checking in were clear and accurate, and they responded quickly to all correspondence. The location cannot be beat! The neighborhood is safe and just blocks away from great restaurants on the Plaza. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, comfortable, historic property. Owners went all out on the small details, from coffee selection to printed history of the neighborhood to full-size Christmas tree(!). Easy walk to Lyric Theatre district; very pet friendly. Renters with mobility issues should be aware property is up a flight of narrow stairs. Otherwise absolutely perfect spot for our family holiday gathering. Thumbs up!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The neighborhood was so festive and charming. The apartment was homey, and the coffee bar great. We definitely recommend this home and look forward to future visits back to OKC.

We made a quick trip from Texas to OKC for a friends Bday weekend. This was the perfect little place for us. We were able to walk to breakfast and at night to a few of the clubs. Clubs were not busy for a Saturday night, but the weather was nice and the walk was great. The house was very quaint and very clean. It has a lot of the original fixtures and charm from its original build over 100 years ago. We would stay again if we return to OKC.

What a cool place to stay in OKC! Booking and communication with the owner were seamless. Adorable apartment with a parking spot in a great neighborhood -- SO much better than what a hotel could offer. (and just a one-street walk away from the charming Plaza District) We loved our stay and hope to come back soon!

Very pleased with being understanding about needing early check-in. Beds were amazingp. I would recommend exterminator and changing filters on air conditioners. We enjoyed cofee and all the selections provided!!!

This is an adorable little place so close to the Plaza District! The area it is located in is great and feels very safe. So much charm! It has window unit ACs which kept us plenty cool in the hot Oklahoma late summer/early fall. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the patio. We definitely recommend this adorable home!

Very accommodating if you have dogs. I think they enjoyed the house more than we did at times. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. They allowed an early check in which worked out great for us 😃

We initially chose this property because they were very dog friendly. We were unable to bring our dog last minute and were so thankful that we had this property as it is so much more than a dog friendly place. It was perfectly located closely to so many OKC attractions and restaurants. We were able to use the grill and kitchen to prepare meals as well as walk in the evening to get ice cream at Roxy’s. The owners are very responsive and have prepared a thorough book with information and an interesting history!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again when in town. We loved the fact that the plaza district was within walking distance so we didn’t have to do much driving to find places to eat and shop. The house was just wonderful and very spacious. We enjoyed the coffee bar and sitting outside on the back patio in the mornings. It stayed very cool in the house during high temps. It’s pet friendly and even had a fenced in yard for our dog to play and relax in the grass. The neighborhood itself is super charming and unique. Thanks for a great stay!

We visited OKC for the NCAA Softball World Series and a 12U softball tournament. Traveling with 2 kids and 2 dogs requires a little more space and flexibility than a hotel could offer. The home was exactly what we needed. Two bedrooms, a kitchen, fenced in yard and a great location near some wonderful restaurants and bars. A great stay!

So enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and historic upper floor apartment home set in one of OKC’s most charming neighborhoods. Very well kitted out with everything you could possibly need and clean as can be. Dog friendly too and the lovely private deck with table and chairs (right off the kitchen) was a delightful additional bonus space. Owner was also very attentive and responsive. Highly recommended!

Wonderful quick weekend stay at this upstairs apartment. It was so comfortable, clean and cozy. Fabulous communication with the owner, who came over immediately when needed. Lots of restaurants nearby and 20 minutes to the airport. Should I come back to OKC, I would definitely stay here again.
