The persons who welcomed us on our arrival were super nice and helpful.
We arrived around 9.45 pm but they still accommodated us for dinner. The food was excellent and we had few free appetitivo snacks/drinks (lovely surprise). Nice restaurant ambiance.
The breakfast was very good too and we had scramble eggs as per our request. We only stayed one night as we were on our way to Firenze but it is very well located between Pisa and Lucca (15-20 mins on each side).
They give all the information how to pick up keys in advance and with clear images (but we were helped by the lady in charge). The lady at the reception was really helpful to help me with booking some visits in Pisa.
The wifi was weak in the bedroom - I had to be in the reception area to book some visits

Absolutely wonderful staff friendly and helpful.
And the food was some of the best we had while in Italy
The approach from the back where we parked probably could do with a bit of love and attention, first impressions and all!

Liked that they were pet friendly
There was no breakfast buffet, pillows were't comfy, restaurant prices were high for what was offered (both fish dishes ordered were served with the skin hidden by sauces).
