The location and swimming directly into the ocean is spectacular. The sunsets and hotel architecture are amazing. The location and surroundings of the hotel are truly magical.
For the price, the beds should be more comfortable and room service should occur every day.

The hotel itself and the location are stunning - our 3rd time here. It is a haven of tranquility in increasingly busy Kas, but easy to get to the old town with the handy bus that runs twice an hour. The pool is an actual proper swimming pool, and there are plenty of sun loungers where you can jump almost straight into the sea. Friendly and helpful staff (although English is sometimes very limited). Breakfast is good, and they will make you eggs or omelette too. We will definitely be back again!
Kas is now quite “Instagram friendly”, as is the hotel so it’s sometimes hard to move for people draped across things having photo shoots or narrating into a selfie stick.
Hotel bar was quite expensive, especially for wine. But alcohol in Kas itself has also got more expensive so maybe keeping pace.
Occasionally our room didn’t get cleaned, but I don’t mind the room not being done every day.

Lukka has beautiful views and very helpful staff. The breakfast is good though not exceptional by standard of other Turkish hotels we have visited. It was very easy to get a cab into town for dinner. The rocky coastline for access to the sea was a delight and the water is beautiful.
We ended up cutting our stay short and hotel was able to help with this, we greatly appreciated it. I do feel the Lukka is a lovely place. However it was not the place for us
We may have had poor timing but there was a DJ with loud music late one night. Also the pool lights stay on very late and prevented our room from being dark. Needless to say our sleep wasn’t the best. There could also be more shade by the pool and cabanas with better curtains for shade. I think as a whole we were expecting a more peaceful stay with other hotels not immediately side. In addition there was a lot of smoking by the pool and beach staff.
