We spent 4 nights in one of the bungalows as part of our honeymoon trip, and it was such a highlight of our trip! The bungalow was very clean and comfortable and the balcony had incredible views of the sea and surrounding islands, we were very happy just spending time on the balcony or in our air conditioned room with the beautiful views. The staff were some of the loveliest people we have met - they were so helpful with tips on things to do, the food and service was always so great and genuine, they did laundry for us, and everything felt very homely. Breakfasts were always delicious with lots of variety and we had dinner at the hotel 3 of the 4 nights we were there because the food was great and you have an incredible view of the sunset from the restaurant terrace every evening. The private sea access and lounge chairs/huts meant you didn’t have to fight for parking at one of the crowded public beaches. We borrowed snorkelling gear from reception one day and went swimming with a turtle right by the hotel’s private sea access. We had a rental car during our stay which was really handy for going into Kas each day (there are lots of great shops and cafes in Kas, and it’s about a 10-15 minute drive). There was always parking down the driveway at the hotel for our car which was great. We were sad to leave and say goodbye, we’d highly recommend Sunset Villa Hotel to everyone!!

The host and his team are exceptionally kind, generous and supportive. I appreciated their company and help quite a lot. I also liked the location, far away from the crowded parts of the city, and the fact that the hotel has its own access to the sea and very elegant and comfortable shaded platforms with sun beds.
Our room had some mould in the bathroom and the bedroom had just a small window onto the breakfast area.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Sunset Villa Hotel. The location is perfect and truly lives up to its name - the sunsets are spectacular! The property is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, surrounded by lush greenery, olive and pomegranate trees, and cacti. After a few days of exploring Cappadocia, we were looking for a week of peace and relaxation, and the hotel delivered exactly that.
The staff is exceptionally friendly and genuinely caring. They naturally adapted their level of interaction to each guest. Everyone was helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Osman, the owner, gave us a very warm welcome despite our 4am arrival, while Ozcan at breakfast always made sure our mornings started with a smile and even helped with our luggage on checkout.
The food is also excellent. Breakfast offers plenty of variety, with different items each day, and we had dinner at the hotel twice - both meals were fantastic, especially the perfectly grilled fresh fish, creamy shrimp, and salads. The chef clearly knows what he’s doing!
Finally, the shuttle to Kaş is incredibly convenient. It leaves right outside the hotel every 30 minutes, takes around 10–15 minutes, and costs only 60 lira per person. It makes exploring Kaş and its many great restaurants very easy.
Overall, a wonderful place for a peaceful and relaxing stay - we would happily come back!
There wasn’t really anything we disliked about the hotel.
There are quite a few steep steps around the property, especially between the rooms and the sea, but this is clearly visible in the pictures and therefore wasn’t a surprise to us. The rooms are a bit small, yes, but that was also clear from the pictures, and who anyway wants to stay inside more than you have to, when the views outside are this stunning.
Our air conditioning did stop working one day, but after mentioning it to Osman at breakfast, he immediately arranged for a repair crew. We spent the day relaxing by the sea, and by the time we returned to our room that afternoon, it had already been fixed. Excellent service and a great example of how responsive the staff were.
