Lovely spacious accommodation. Breakfast is at a nearby cafe and was great way to start the day. We received lots of helpful information from reception about places to visit and a discount card for a restaurant that was wonderful.
Location is great for getting around Florence but although it is a side street, it is busy with traffic throughout the night. Bare this in mind if you are a light sleeper.

Location was great. Just around the corner from the train station and just 10 minutes walk from main attractions. Self check in was easy. Free upgrade of our room without asking. Host was polite and helpful. Room was ok and clean. Recomended
No elevator. Difficult if you have heavy suitcases. The host was willing to help with suitcases after the check out.

Great location. Wonderful and helpful staff. Manager provided a city map with highlights and recommendations as a local. We enjoyed exploring the city with learned history from the manager. Free breakfast coupons provided!
