Very convenient location for the station and also not too far to walk to the main tourist areas. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
I missed the fact that it mentioned that there was no lift in the description so we did struggle with our heavy bags but we were helped by the staff to take our luggage down when we left.

It was convenient close to the train station, air conditioning was very welcome and it was easy to find.
There were. Few maintenance issues that needed attention chipped paintwork and boards in the shower and some obvious mould on the tiles with a little bit of attention to detail could be improved.
