What a wonderful villa! We had a fantastic family holiday here and it was exactly what we had hoped for. Beautiful villa on the outskirts of St Rémy but within easy walking distance.

We booked this house for a group of friends, and had a very enjoyable week here. It's a beautiful house, very well appointed and equipped, and offered everything we needed and more. We were welcomed by the owners, who were friendly and helpful (although with limited English!). We had to contact them one day when there was a problem with the electrics in the pool house after a thunderstorm, and this was quickly put right. The location was great too, quiet but with easy access to the village.

A delightful and very well equipped house. Had everything we needed for a week's stay, and excellent location with easy access to the facilities of St Remy. Would definitely recommend to others, and hope to return one day.

Magnifique mas situé à quelques pas du centre de Saint Rémy, belle piscine et charmant jardin au calme. Une maison de caractère meublée et décorée avec goût offrant un excellent niveau de prestation (confort, équipements, intimité). Une maison pleine de charme à vivre aussi bien en hiver qu'en été.Une mention spéciale pour la convivialité de l'espace salle à manger/cuisine, (cheminée, rôtisserie, piano) qui charmera tous les gastronomes! Accueil sympathique et propriétaire charmante.. Parfait!

When you rent a vacation home on line there is always a bit of nervousness when you actually arrive to see what you (and the rest of the family) have purchased for a week. It was such as pleasant relief to arrive at La Villebague and see smiles on every member of my family (age ranges 17 to 80). The house managers that met to escort us to the home were extremely helpful and kind. When we asked for a drip coffee maker they delivered one the following morning with filters and coffee. Sometimes it's the little things. (The house has a Nespresso machine.) As for the property itself: large and well-stocked kitchen, amazing pool area and plenty of space. Comfortable beds and fully air-conditioned which we needed to use at night. We had 9 adults. There are 4 good size en-suite bedrooms in the main house and 1 small bedroom (pull out couch) in the pool house (also with a full bath). The pool house room isn't great but fine for a 17 year old. Bathrooms and kitchen are very modern with luxury extras (towels, soaps, etc). We took our dog who thoroughly enjoyed being outside all day long. (The entire property area is fenced.) The location makes a great base for seeing Provence. It's about 10-15 min walk into St. Remy. And central to seeing Les Baux, Arles, Avignon, the hill towns of Luberon, etc. There is even an ancient Roman archaeological site about 5 min drive. Note: if you have small children you must keep a close eye since the pool does not have a gate. In sum, we highly recommend this property and would stay here again!
