Good

The hotel is reasonably priced compared to others in Beijing at this time, which is why I chose it. I can confirm the hotel does accept foreigners. My room was fine, bed was a good size, bathroom was big. All facilities worked fine. The hotel provided bottled water and tea.

The only real problem with this place is that it's not particularly close to a metro station. A new line is being built as of the time of writing, so in the future this shouldn't be a problem, but currently there is quite a long walk to the nearest station.

Far from city centre and not the cleanest place

There is a little yard and also an area with sofas to chill.

The hotel's location is very far from the main city attractions, expect minimum 40min drive to go anywhere. The train/subway station is also very far, and there is nothing around the hotel unless you walk for at least 20 minutes. The room turnover is awful. They literally do not clean your room. They only change your towels and provide new bottles of water. There was absolutely 0 cleaning done in the 5 days we were there, and they do not even make your bed. The towels had hairs... also the towels had some holes. Some of the towels clearly need some replacement. The shower shelf was also broken. One day the toilet was totally stuck and nobody attempted to fix it. We had to do it ourselves. The aircon is very noisy. No elevator (but it is only a 2 storey so not a huge deal). It is called Coffee Hotel but they do not serve coffee altho there is a coffee machine. The room is very small, but the information on booking is accurate so not their fault.

A pleasant stay

It was pretty easy to find and an aesthetically nice looking place as we approached. The owner was pleasant and was ways around when we needed anything, even at night when we arrived. The beds weren't as soft and comfy as other reviewers had led me to believe but they weren't uncomfortable. We were literally only there to sleep and it was one of the nicer places within the price we wanted to pay.

A nice cosy place for short stay and helpful staff

Staff were friendly and helpful in spite of language barrier.

WIFI needed a local or international mobile number for registration and SMS. This could be improved as not every passenger uses his overseas number during the trip (roaming issue).

Reasonable budget option for visiting Beijing

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities were provided each day. The room was clean. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including several shopping centres. The nearest metro stations are a 10-15min walk away.

The room was quite small and did not have a wardrobe. The surrounding area is not the nicest in Beijing.

location was quite nice, it’s very convenient to go to the city centre by subway. So your way to subway from the hotel approximately will take 10 minutes. there is a 24 hours nearby and a bank

everything was fine, but nobody cleaned my room during my stay. they only changed towels

Great Value

Excellent value considering the location. Room clean and comfortable. Nice little bar downstairs where you can sit and eat something if you order in; also has an outdoor section. It's about 15 minutes walk to the nearest subway. The area is old but perfectly safe and a 10 minute walk gets you to a decent variety of restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly and let me use the hotel machine to do some washing which really helped out.

The lobby is absolutely wonderful, everything looks so cozy and warm, especially with the garden theme. The room is super comfortable and cute, and I’d want to come back here next time. I’m sad I only stayed one night…

Nice, quiet, boutique hotel in a good location with a cool bar area and decent facilities.

This is a really nice, boutique hotel, very close to Beijing's CBD area. It's just a few minutes by bike or taxi, and the subway is about 5 minutes away. The hotel is situated down a side street off a main road, so it's not too loud, though parking is basically non-existent in that area so best to avoid driving. As for the hotel itself, it's a nice place with a bar in the entrance. I didn't make use of the a bar but seems there's plenty of choice there, and the staff were very helpful sorting out my green code with the neighbourhood after I got my test on arrival. The room was a decent size, not huge but enough space for luggage. The shower was strong (it's a wet room, so toilet and shower are together), and the bed was comfortable. There's air con if required too. Overall, a nice place.

No real issues. I didn't get my complimentary shampoo for a few days but that's about the only thing.

Cozy and super clean!

The staff was very friendly, nice and helpful: we needed to cancel our last night and they reimbursed us the money despite of our cancellation. The place is beautifully decorated and everything is super clean. It’s quiet, calm and peaceful, and the location is superb (subway 10-12 minutes walk, not far from Forbidden City). Definitely a place to stay again, I’ll always check it out when in Beijing.

Great location, peaceful atmosphere and comfort.

The lobby is just beautiful. I love the natural environment and the smell of orchids. I would come back just to grab a coffee in that lobby. The hotel is quiet and the atmosphere is quite relaxing. The room was clean and the bed was just amazing, super comfy.

The internet in my room was really weak - it was working but I'm afraid that it didn't suffice. I just used my own data. Then again, it's my fault for not speaking Chinese good enough to try and ask the manager about it. It wasn't that important to me but in case I had to do some work it would cause a problem.

Very good

It's budget friendly and close to the areas we like to visit in Chaoyang. The bed was pretty comfortable and it had the essentials. The lobby is beautiful!

Attention to detail and some communication aspects could be improved, however these things didn't take away from our stay.

Super nice hotel, very clean, comfortable and cozy.

It's not really close to anything and the nearest subway stop is a bit of a walk...
