館内に大浴場があります。男女が時間的に交代制ですが、東京では、なかなか大浴場の設備はないところが多いので、感激しました。ホテルの中の移動だけで温泉に入れるのは、大変便利ですし、最高の贅沢ですね。
甲府駅にあまり近くないので行き帰りにタクシーの利用が必要になります。ただ、タクシー料金は甲府駅から1500円です。帰りのタクシーは、ホテルに呼んでもらったため、2000円になりました。

地下駐車場があり、雨を考えずバイクが置けた。
大浴場もあってゆっくりできた。

I frequently stay at hotels in this chain across the country because they provide the level of service I need at a reasonable price. This hotel was no exception.
I didn't find any serious downsides. As for minor issues, the building isn't very new—and the rooms are the same—but everything works as it should; personally, I didn't experience any inconvenience because of this.
