Wir waren für 7 Nächte im Cosmopolitan House und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Der Gastgeber (Milo) hat uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und uns sofort Tipps und Empfehlungen rund um Dubrovnik und Umgebung gegeben. Er ist sehr gastfreundlich, spricht sehr viele Sprachen und ist hilfsbereit in allen Lebenslagen. In der Unterkunft haben wir einen leckeren Begrüßungscocktail und Kekse bekommen.
Jeden Tag hat er sich bei uns nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und gefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen (Handtücher etc.) und uns sehr gute Empfehlungen für umliegende Restaurants und Aktivitäten gegeben.
Das Zimmer ist sauber, hat eine gute Klimaanlage und eine große Terrasse. Der kleine Kühlschrank ist sehr praktisch für Getränke und kleine Snacks, es gibt noch einen größeren Kühlschrank unten im Gemeinschaftsbereich.
Die Lage ist perfekt, so kommt man zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten an den Strand oder an die Bushaltestellen, an denen die Busse in alle Richtungen fahren.
Milo bietet außerdem private Tagestouren an, ebenso wie Frühstück. Generell ist die Familie Mračič sehr herzlich und kümmert sich mit viel Liebe um die Unterkunft.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Hvala!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cosmopolitan House. We had a terrace and had ocean view.
The property wasn’t at fault … but it is situated high up so we had to walk down steep concrete stairs to get to the restaurants nearby and walk back up. Otherwise, the location is great.

The accommodation is perfectly located, just a short walk from the beautiful beach and stunning promenade in Lapad, with only two flights of stairs to reach it. The balcony was one of our favorite parts for the breathtaking sunsets.
Milo is exactly the kind of host you need when visiting a new city: incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring. He makes you feel at home from the very beginning and helps you experience Dubrovnik like a local, with the best recommendations for restaurants, shortcuts, hidden gems and places worth visiting.
We were welcomed with cookies and cocktails upon arrival and Milo even surprised my sister with a lovely birthday gesture, although we had never mentioned it.
Congratulations and thank you so much for your amazing hospitality! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!

The house was neat and well maintained, and the room was comfortable, with the added benefit of a balcony offering a lovely view. The location was also very convenient, as it was close to the conference venue I was attending, which was a great advantage for me.
Milo's wife was very rude, from the time I arrived, she did not even offer to assist with my bags, she stood there while I had to carry them all by myself and then said check-in is 2 pm so I have to wait, from before 11 am that I arrived. Despite them agreeing to an early check-in as I requested earlier. Although I didn't eventually wait till 2 pm, when Milo arrived, he helped take my bags to the room and I was checked-in. The next morning when I asked to use a microwave to warm some leftover food from my dinner the previous night for my breakfast, she was very rude again and told me they don't have a microwave. She made me feel unwelcome and very uncomfortable. MAYBE she does not like black people so be mindful if you're black (just my thought). Milo is nicer but he likes to talk and not listen, he does not pick calls and only respond to text messages several hours later.
