Absolutely wonderful stay in Dubrovnik! We could not have asked for a better location. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the promenade, with amazing restaurants, beautiful swimming spots and the walking trail we went to every single day. The water there is absolutely stunning.
The bus stop is also incredibly easy to reach, making it so simple to get to the Old Town. What we loved most was the perfect balance. The area is lively and has everything you need, but it is much less crowded with tourists than the Old Town itself.
And a very special THANK YOU to our wonderful hostess, Mrs. Mirjana Misita. She was incredibly kind, warm and caring and made us feel genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout our entire stay.
The view was simply breathtaking. We spent every morning and evening sitting there just enjoying it. Honestly, we never got tired of it.
If we come back to Dubrovnik, we will 100% stay here again. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

Great room, very clean when we arrived and was cleaned everyday by the host. Terrace was amazing and had a great view of the sea. We had a very comfortable stay. There was also free parking which was great!
Not a complaint about the property or the host, just an advisory. We struggled with the amount of steps to get the property (over 200 I think). It’s vertically very high from the beach. This however did mean a great view!

Beautiful view, comfortable room, had a fridge!
The amount of steps it takes to get back up is pretty hard, thankfully we would stop off for a cave bar each evening for a drink and use the hotels lift to make our way back up most of the time

View from balcony
Small rooms, 288 stairs to accommodation.
Narrow bathroom.
Parking on road, tight.
Owner comes in to open your balcony door and leaves open, so unsafe. Building works currently waling you up at 6am.
Turned up but bulldozer said it wasn’t the right property. I have taken photo for everyone to locate.
