Liked everything about the property! Ante was a wonderful host, the best we’ve ever had. View room with balcony highly recommended. Wonderful for coffee in the morning, wonderful for evening sunsets. Community kitchen near the room was well equipped and a nice bonus. Location on the bus line made local travel very easy. Awesome stay, thanks Ante!

Ante our host was friendly, informative, and went beyond the expected to help us enjoy our stay.
Too many stairs to get to property; Ante told us about slope further down so we could avoid stairs.

Ante was an excellent host, he even came to the bus station to pick me up and take me to the property, he also marked a map for all the locations and advised best time and places to see. The guest house is very nice, beautiful garden and rooms were very clean and spacious in a great location.
Nothing i didn't like :-) if i had to mention one thing beware of lots of stairs (like most of Dubrovnik) if you have mobility issues but taxis/bus do run close to the property

Its location between old town and the Lapar area. Lovely terrace, with a beautiful garden. The host Ante was really kind and gave me a lift to the bus station, I received great travel advice from him. Room is comfortable and clean. My room was ready earlier than expected as I was travelling back from Budva and arriving back in Dubrovnik before 9am.
