Host was wonderful, so helpful. Location is ideal for the ferry port and bus station. Bus into the old town is every 10 minutes and only 1.73 euros and takes 5 minutes.

I loved our stay at Rooms Edna. The room was clean and comfortable and easy to find via Google maps. The owner was so nice and welcoming so it felt like home away from home. She made me coffee on the patio while my daughter slept in and let us store our luggage for the day before our ferry to Hvar. The location is perfect. A short bus or Uber drive away from old town, close to ferries and buses. Nice to get away from the crowds in old town. I would definitely stay there again next time in Dubrovnik.

Nice apartment in a great location near the port and bus station. There is a bus stop outside which brings you to the old town within a few minutes. The owner and her mother were lovely people.

Our host was so warm and inviting. The room was very clean. We had a wonderful stay and were sad to leave, but would recommend Rooms Edna to other travelers visiting Dubrovnik. The location was perfect for us since it was right where we stepped off the ferry from Split, and it was a nice walk to Old Town leaving our luggage behind.

Hard to find as it was obscured by roadworks and barriers. The host Mireya was very accommodating as my bus had broken down and I arrived much later. Bed was comfy and very quite as aside from location away from traffic I was the only guest due to time of year. It was close proximity to bus station and an easy bus ride to old town. Some small problems were quickly addressed by the host. The host was passing as I was going to bus station and even gave me a lift.
Difficult to find somewhere to eat as cafes still only selling drinks however a good supermarket nearby made up for it. The photo below shows why it is difficult to locate.

I really appreciated the location for its proximity to the bus station and to the street. (There were less than a dozen steps up to the property--which is very unusual for this city!) The staff was great--I was warmly greeted upon arrival, oriented to the city, etc. The room was quite comfortable.
My only regret is that due to the timing of the stay, I did not have the opportunity to enjoy the garden area. (Obviously, this is no fault of theirs.)

Easy to find, right beside the harbour which was ideal for getting the early ferry to Mljet. Host was excellent in staying up till 1am as our flight was delayed and allowing us to still check in.

Great position near the port and bus station. Easy to reach and move around. Nice room with comfortable beds and good shower.. The lady who runs the business is super nice!
Everything was fine, however the space in the bathroom was a little too small, especially between the door and the sink.

We had a nightmare getting into Dubrovnik but our host was very understanding and stayed up late for our check-in. She even made us some coffee in the morning! The accommodation was easy to find through google maps and with the host’s instructions. It’s also in a great spot if you need to catch the ferry or a bus.

Very easy check in. Located just off the main road at port gruz. The room was compact but had everything you could need and was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the lady who owns the building and checked us in is the nicest. She gave us water and explained to us where to go for dinner. She also let us store our bags after check out and got me a plaster for my foot!

My room was exactly as in the listing. The host Selena was really nice, communication was seamless, she met me even though I arrived late. She is a very kind person who looks after her guests. Very close to the bus stop and nice shops and restaurants at your footstep.

The perfect combination of price and quality. Comfort room with a clean bathroom. A very nice hostess, told me everything, gave me coffee in the morning. The location is quite good - near the port, 3 minutes to the bus stop to the old town. There is a nice market nearby on weekends. There are several cafes and bakeries nearby

Very nice hosts. Very clean room. Hostess makes you coffee in the morning, we haven't had nicer coffee in Croatia so far. Flexible with arrival, luggage storage and payment.

Staff was very nice. The garden in the back is very pleasant and the rooms were perfectly cleaned and ready. Also, super comfortable beds!
It is a bit far from old Town (35 minutes walk) but we booked this one on purpose to be near the port.
