room - good. location good for my needs. essentially these are rooms above a closed restaurant so i did not expect any facilities. At end of September i thin it is a bit expensive for Gruz..if it had been 30 euros less, i might have stayed 4 nights not 2

It is conveniently located. A 10-minute walk from the main bus station. A bus ride away from Old Town and near to Lapad Beach.

Its location.
Hadn’t been pointed out it was firstly up to flights of stairs to access the accommodation, then a further 2 flights of stairs to our bedroom ..
Main issue was the room had little space for luggage so extremely cramped..
Very difficult in contacting Nina to check in after I had messaged her with no reply .. excellent breakfast. Sadly lacking in decorations in last 20 odd yrs
Communication - Stairs - room too small - decorations -
