Location!!! Just around the corner of entrance Old Town.
Like all other reviews here I had the same experiences with checking in. My key was not there. I was helped by some other guests to contact the host so finally it worked out well. Also, the prices are high to stay here.. but hey:.. it is Dubrovnik. You pay high prices EVERYWHERE in Dubrovnik so eventually this is a reasonable bargain because of the perfect location. But all other reviews are true: lots of noise because it is old building, only 1 bathroom so you need to adjust and be flexible in your mindset. If you really want to be the first who takes a shower? Get up early! And start the day early by being first to do the walking on the walls!!

Great location. Perfect for a couple of days in Dubrovnik. 1 minute walk from one of the main gate's to the Old Town. Easy and friendly communication with host.

Location and view were amazing
Didn't get entry instructions till 2 hours after arriving and had no number to call but made our way in eventually
