Great location, metro is very close. The host was friendly. The room itself is very nice, pretty and clean, and it has everything one might need including a small fridge, coffee machine and a kettle.
The only flaw was the fact that the AC was blowing directly onto the bed, and it was very cold no matter how I tried to adjust it. Also, there was a very strong smell of air freshener or something similar in a hallway. But it wasn’t very bothersome.

The staff were very attentive, and the room’s colors were unusual but beautiful.
However, the overall feeling of cleanliness was diminished because the towels had a musty smell, and I wasn’t sure about the cleanliness of the duvet cover and other bedding.

Loved the decor , the amenities and the service!! Staff were so helpful and friendly and kind! The best place in Milan!! Area was super safe and walking distance to metro station Zara! We will be back!
