Breakfast was excellent, the pool was a delight, we stayed so that we could walk to see the Andrea Bocelli concert which worked very well, a bonus was listening to the rehearsal the night before sipping a glass of wine hearing the music, perfection. The staff were incredible, so kind and thoughtful, one of our party had an accident and everyone was so concerned and helpful, cant praise the service we received too highly, Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area
nothing, everything was excellent

Beautiful surroundings, authentic tuscany experience, present from owner - local wine and bottled water.
Not full kitchen equipment, but many restaurants around.

Very beautiful location with great view and very friendly owner.
Heating was not on when we arrived and first night it was very cold. When asked to turn it on owner`s son informed us it is not allowed turn on heating in April in Tuscany, which was a lie. But the next day other staff helped us very good and made sure heating is on.
