The staff are very helpful. Our rooms were on the 2nd level & there is no lift there. The staff helped take up our luggage.
The dinner & breakfast were nice.
The hotel is very dated. No lift. The outdoor Onsen water was just warm only. Find the hotel rate a bit high compared to other hotels we stayed on Tohoku.

All the staffs are friendly and kindly. Ms Alicia is a very good staff , she has a great personality and good attitude to help , answer , manage and help us whatever a taxis service requested before and with other things…We are very happy during our stays in your hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Jogakura, surrounded by the beautiful Hakkoda Mountains!
All of the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The meals were delicious, and the onsen was fantastic and so relaxing after a day of exploring.
Sutou-san and Sakurada-san were especially lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable! They were so friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated everything they did for us.
We had a rental car, and getting to the hotel was easy. There were also plenty of parking spaces available. The location was great for exploring the area, with easy access to the Hakkoda Ropeway and Oirase Gorge.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back!
