Unser Aufenthalt war einfach super, das Personal war super freundlich. Ich hatte beim Check-In gefragt, ob es im Ort ein Geschäft für mein vergessenes Kamera Verbindungsstück gibt und Garbie hat es mir kurzerhand auf Amazon bestellt - am nächsten Tag war es schon da. Danke nochmal dafür! Es waren wirklich alle total Hilfsbereit.
Die Lage ist perfekt, man geht zum Skigebiet vielleicht 5 Minuten, von der Unterkunft haben wir auch einen Gutschein für ein Snowboard Rental und Tipps zu den Liften und Pisten bekommen. Wer sein eigenes Equipment mitnimmt kann dies auch in Skikeller lagern.
In das Ortszentrum/Sehenswürdigkeiten geht man auch nicht weit. Die Essensempfehlungen fürs Essen im Ort waren auch perfekt. Einen Abend haben wir im Restaurant in der Unterkunft gegessen, welches auch total zu Empfehlen ist!
Frühstück war auch sehr lecker, es gibt vom Buffet Joghurt, Müsli und Toast und jeden wird frisch jeden Tag etwas anderes zubereitet.
Duschen in der Unterkunft hat auch einfach funktioniert, auch nach dem Snowboarden hatten wir die Gemeinschaftsdusche für uns jeweils allein. (Männer/Frauen sind getrennt).
Die Zimmer gaben mir ein Pfadfinder Feeling, sehr süß eingerichtet mit den Stockbetten und perfekter Blick auf das Skigebiet.
Für uns war alles perfekt. :)

We had a week long stay with 3 people for skiing. Comfy beds. Room was warm. Mao was super helpful and kind. Lots of entertainment in the common lounge area in the form of games, cards, accoustic Guitar, Nintendo switch, karaoke machine. Food was beautiful. We had breakfast included deal. A 5 minute walk to gondola 4. All the staff are kind and caring. Courtesy car to the transit bus station after our stay was so helpful. Milo the resident meerkat was so cute!
Nothing to complain about here.

This is more suitable for young backpacker type of traveller. The repeat guests and staff were mostly from western countries and they bonded well. Daily breakfasts were different.
The staff other than the owner were not familiar with many things. The staff, mostly part timers for the winter season, mingled with the guests freely and were rather noisy at night. the amenities and facilities were a little dirty. The bath rooms were in basement and we had to climb 4 levels to our room on third floor.
