We loved our stay here, it was close to the ferry, mini market and other larger stores near by. Easy walking around the town and the best restaurant below the apartment, they were so friendly and the food was yumm. We arrived to a very clean, fully equipped, and a lovely bottle of wine and some fresh fruit which was perfect for our first night. Instructions on how to get here were excellent as were all our communications with Andre, we choose the perfect spot for our break away around Lake Como. Many thanks Lesley and Steve.

The location was fantastic, five minute walk to mini market, across the street from the ferry taxi so super easy to visit Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio on the lake. Ten minutes away from Cadenabbia and Mennagio golf club which is gorgeous! The apartment had everything we needed, modern, clean and comfortable. Wonderful balcony overlooking the lake. Great little shared laundry room. The host went above and beyond to help and advise us!

My stay at Andrea’s apartment in Cadenabbia was absolutely fantastic. The apartment has stunning lake views. The convenient access (a block away) to bus and ferry services made exploring the area easy. The apartment is very stlyish and comfortably furnished, down to the last detail. Andrea was an incredible host, providing helpful advice, tips and information. He even went as far as greeting us in person for check in, giving us timetables of the ferries, and leaving us fresh fruits and wine on the house. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who want a truly memorable Lake Como experience at a great price. Thank you, Andrea!

We were welcomed with fresh flowers and a glass of prosecco. Paired with the beautiful view across the lake...what else can you ask for? The apartment exceeded our expectations, in that really everything we needed was provided for. The kitchen was equipped very well, the entire apartment was laid out and thought through really well. We felt comfortable and happy and will gladly return.

The flat is 1 min walk to ferries to Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio and is 3 mins walk to the C10 bus which connects Menaggio with Como. It has a few restaurants nearby and is 5 mins walk to a mini market and a local restaurant which also sells bus ticket. It’s in an ideal location to explore como even if you choose not to drive.
The flat is tastefully decorated yet feels homey. It is extremely clean and towels and other amenities are of good quality. Andrea the owner is very generous to provide complimentary water, coffee, tea, fruit, Prosecco and pistachio bar, as well as some suggestions for sites and other useful information such as ferry schedule.
Even though some places were closed during winter and we had a rainy day, we truly enjoyed it whenever we returned to the flat.
The standing shower is a bit small (around 1*1m) but we quickly got used to it.

Great location, quieter side of Lake Como but with great ferry and bus connections to other areas so an ideal base to explore from. Host was lovely and gave us lots of information about the area and was only a text away if we had any questions.

I had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was exceptional -- from the interiors, amenities, cleanliness, location, the coordination with the host, and especially the lakeside views. The apartment is located between Menaggio and Tremezzo, while Bellagio and Varenna are easily accessible by ferry. I would 100% recommend staying here! I'm so glad I made the choice to book here.

Great Location, wonderful view from the balcony. It was just amazing to wake up and eat the breakfast with this stunning view... very big apartment with everything you need: iron, vacuum etc. Perfekt place to spend a few days with the family :)

Andrea, the owner, is a wonderful and professional host who knows exactly how to offer the perfect ambient for a fantastic vacation:
"Location, location, location" - Royal Cadenabbia is nested in The Best possible location in Como: 2 min. away from the ferry, 5 min. away from the supermarket, 0 min away from the restaurant (as there is a promising one on the ground floor of the very same building). If you wonder why the ferry is important, is because it takes you in a matter of minutes to must-see locations such as Bellagio (10 min.), Varenna (direct train connection to Milano), Menaggio, Como.
The apartment itself is gorgeous: spacious (we were 3 people and still it didn't feel cramped), beautifully designed with high detail attention, packed with absolutely everything you need (from sugar to various appliances). The bed is super comfortable. The shower has the right water pressure and temperature and it comes with dual options: normal or rain. If it's too hot, no worries, the air cond in the bedroom and the Dyson in the living will keep the optimal temperature.
Do you come by car? A big enough private parking space (our car is 5.3m long) will be waiting for you next to one of the two building entries.
Needless to say that the aesthetics and functionality of the apartment simply reflect the hospitability of Andrea who waited for us (despite being late) to hand over the keys and share additional tips related to the area. Yes additional, because prior to our arrival Andrea generously offered us a welcoming info pack on the best restaurants, attractions and their history, must-sees, and related websites for extra info, rental boat tours, and ...really everything you can and can't think of. A Proseco cold bottle was also waiting for us, along with complimentary water, fruits, and coffee.
Last but not least, after we left, Andrea immediately agreed to ship us one item which we noticed we left by mistake in his apartment.

The apartment is light, spacious, clean and decorated with care. The bedroom has A/C which was nice with the hot weather. The balcony is small but a nice place to sit for a coffee in the morning sun to watch the lake. The kitchen is well-equipped.
The location of the apartment is right at the lake ands very close to the ferry stop. We took a swim right in the lake right in front of the apartment and used the ferry to visit other villages.
The owner is very kind and provided us with lots of tips for restaurants and activities. We would definitely visit this apartment again.
