The location of this property was in the heart of lake como, and so easy to get to other main areas! The host left us a book of all the best restaurants, attractions, numbers to use, and common asked questions which was beyond helpful!
I wish the property had aircon, especially in the hot months it was very warm!

The location was convenient - near the lake and ferry
It was ridiculous to say we had to pick up the key at X time. We stopped doing something very important to drive like mad to be there at the right time - but, we could have arrived a couple of hours later with no problem. The keys were where they were supposed to be!

I was under the impression I was booking a HOTEL from Priceline and not an apartment from booking.com. There was NO ac which was not advertised either. My husband became Ill overnight due to the heat. The fan provided was disgusting and I have the photos to share.
Not falsely advertised the property as a “suite”, advertise that there was no AC and there was supposed to be Wi-Fi which there wasn’t.

Amazing location, close to local amenities. Lovely Restaurant downstairs across the road served breakfast lunch and dinner. Local transport (ferries/bus) very close and easy to use. The c10 bus from como train station drops you right outside the apartment. Apartment itself had useful additions like scissors, iron etc. The view and setting was gorgeous. Only 10 walking distance of Tremezzo town. Buses are free if only on for a few stops. Marco very helpful and responsive host on WhatsApp and made sure we had all we needed. Brilliant place, will be back 100%.
Bed was a little uncomfortable and no aircon.

Great views of the lake. Plenty of restaurants and basic amenities nearby.
Comfortable bed and seating facilities.
No air conditioning and the fan supplied struggled to keep us comfortable on the hot nights.
Very narrow footpath outside (common in the area) and we were abused by a neighbour whose verandah adjoins the narrow footpath that we were not aware was Private Property. Be wary of the ferry timetable from Varenna-Esino. Does not take you to Cadenabbia in the afternoon. We had along uncomfortable walk from next village of Tremezzo when we arrived in Varenna around 2pm.

NO AC - BEWARE in the summer! it's getting pretty hot!

The property was in an excellent location on lake Como. Really easy to access the ferry across the lake. The property also was spacious and had an amazing balcony.
The property got very hot during the day and could be improved with better air conditioning.

Great location, nice apartment, easy check in and check out, and would recommend going for apartment one with the terrace. Total game changer.
As pointed out by other reviewers, the bed is quite uncomfortable and two single mattresses pushed together instead of a double wasn’t ideal. At the very least the hosts should get a firmer mattress topper to place across both for comfort and support.

Incredible lake view, a few steps from ferry stop “Cadenabbia-Traghetto”, modern renovation. Excellent value for money - half the price of a comparable 3* hotel.
No shower gel soap or shampoo provided, Noise from the busy road, no airco so hot, and (sadly, the problem everywhere in Lake Como) - impossible to relax and enjoy a lakeside walk because of irregular sidewalks and speeding vehicles on the one narrow road

Some important necessities were not provided in good condition such as the kettle that is mouldy inside and the clothing iron which had black stuff on it and it made my clothes black when I used it

This place is amazing because of the Location and the terrace overlooking the como lake (we stayed in appartment 2). This place (Cadenabbia) is very easy to get to from the como city by either boat or affordable bus. No need to even rent a car. The boats from Cadenabbia go to Menaggio, Belaggio and Varena which make for one lovely day to see them all.
The terrace overlooking the como lake is completely amazing. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a few days at como lake. Also the staff (Marco) who helped us get settled and leave was very easy to deal with and a great communicator.
The beds are not great comfort wise and the kitchen could use some additional stuff (like more than 1 small cutting board) etc. but all in all the place is cozy and very clean.

The location was incredibly convenient - close to Cadenabbia port, Tremezzo port, bus stop, nice cafés and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and the host was responsive and helpful. The price was also lower than most other options in the area.
The maximum temperature you can set on the thermostat is 20 °C, which may be enough for most people, but it would be nice if you could set it a bit higher.

Beautiful location, right by Lake Como. Got to the property by ferry from Como, which is very convenient. Property is clean and well maintained. Host is very helpful and informative. Checking in and out was very easy.

Location was great. It was near the ferry stop for travel across the lake and it was near the bus stop for travel along the shore. The apartment was also clean, well maintained, and provided all the necessities. The host was very helpful and responsive.
Since there is no air conditioning, the host provided fans (thank you!), but screens in the windows would have been welcome since we got many mosquito bites during our stay.

Superb! The unit is clean and comfy. Perfect location, the place is just next to everything ( lake, restaurants, grocery, port & bus stop) The owner is very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended.

the view was amazing and the location next to the ferry to Bellagio was perfect.
No air conditioning. it’s was very hot and we could not sleep. In the summer it is humid and hot in Italy, without air conditioning you will be miserable. Also, the beds were very hard and they only provided one pillow on the single beds and they were very soft without any support.
