Staying at Fattoria Viticcio felt like living inside a postcard. Waking up to the morning mist rolling over the perfectly manicured rows of grapevines was a highlight of our entire trip to Italy. The apartments effortlessly blend old-world Tuscan charm—like exposed wooden beams and stone floors—with modern comforts. The real magic, though, is the estate's location; it feels deeply secluded and incredibly quiet, yet you can easily walk or take a two-minute drive into the main square of Greve in Chianti for dinner. We spent our days exploring nearby hilltop towns and our evenings sitting out on the terrace with a bottle of wine. It is the perfect, romantic base for anyone looking to slow down and experience the true Tuscan lifestyle. We even made a new special friend…”Gina” the house cat.
Special thanks to the entire staff for your kindness and outstanding hospitality!
We loved every!

Loved the view and the facilities provided.
Cute rustic feel.
Pool would be amazing in hot weather.
Staff provided everything we needed.
The showers were quite small but nothing too major.

Stunning location , lovely friendly staff , swimming pool beautiful
We booked the ‘studio’ which is the tower room which is at the top of the building so quite a few narrow steps . Bedroom in studio is also up more stairs so will not be suitable for all ( no clear on booking.com description)
