Good size room for a double bed.
Close walk to the Sakura River which was beautiful when in cherry blossom season.
7-11 convenience store just across the road.
The hotel offers a very low cost daily car parking arrangement at a few public parking spaces nearby, which is good. However, there's no driveway lobby that you can stop to unload the bags for check in, before proceeding to park at the public car park spaces nearby. This is a bit inconvenient.
You will have to stop by the road, which is a road junction, to drop off the bags, which is what I did, after circling around the hotel twice and found no other alternatives.
I suggest for the hotel to provide in advance a clearer direction on what to do when first arriving by car.

Wifi speed is really fast for both download and upload. Excellent location as it is close to the station. Can walk to Senba lake in 10 minutes. The room was clean.
Double bed was attached to the wall, which gave the bed limited space for 2 people to sleep. Even the room and bathroom were clean, it looked like an upgraded business hotel.
