We liked everything about this property, the location, the view, the house itself, the facilities, the stuff, and the cat, everything combined together made me feel like home, but with 100x better view, it truly made me relaxed. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommend, highly value for money.

Amazing location, great views overlooking San Gimignano. 5 mins drive to free parking and then short walk into centre. Spacious accomodation, good facilities.
Bed was a bit too firm for our liking. Very surprised at how much we could hear of the neighbours in the accomodation next door - felt like they were in our lounge with us. Works were being done in the garden for half of our stay.
