The room was very clean and comfortable. Free parking was also a nice bonus

Free parking was very welcome. Comfort room was larger than we expected and the rain shower was great. All the staff very pleasant and everywhere very clean. State of the art railway station a few minutes walk away.

Nice restaurant and area
Shower leaked and they didn’t have anyone on staff to repair and just said “sorry’,” until my coworker insisted on getting us a new room. The shower didn’t drain so water was all over the floor.
The alarm went off every 10 mins. Not because the door was not closed all the way but after the door was shut the other alarm went off all night. Again all they said was “sorry.” Just not professional management skills to resolve issues or offer a solution
