The staff and service were absolutely amazing and the cleaniless of the room was exceptional. Its not q brand new modern hotel but they provided everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. Food was amazing, staff went tge extra mile to provide a little local town tour in cqr for me which I was very grateful as I was planing to walk on foot. The onsen was large and the onsen was very nice. There is a also a drink bar provided for customer and they had a little summer activity with roasted masmarllow and fireworks on the weekend.
There is nothing I don't like about.

Beautiful scenery from rooms, very nice onsen.
Hard to access hotel for foreign travelers, no food options around hotel due to isolated location.
