Beautiful property right in the centre of the olive groves. It was so peaceful and perfect. The room was immaculate. The pool was superb. Dinner there was really good.

The moment we arrived we were greeted by the family who have been part of this plantation resort for 6 or more generations, and immediately we knew we were in the right place.
The property is excellently landscaped with a huge variety of plants. So many unique succulents I was really so amazed to see so much natural beauty on this property.
The pool area has lovely seating and some hidden secluded spots to sit and enjoy the incredible vistas and look over the olive groves.
I fell inlove with the house dogs especially Lara the black one. She followed me everywhere and I think it was a mutual admiration kinda thing.
The sunsets from the pool area were epic during our stay. Make your way towards the pool for sunset.
Dining is micheline quality and changes daily. A fixed menu you can decide to attend dinner if it pleases you for about 45€ The menu of the day is provided after breakfast and the service and quality of food are wonderful!!!
Breakfast is 15€ and well worth it. Tons of great local choices breads cheeses and cold cuts
Eggs and pesto made from Pistachios.
We did the cooking class and you make the lunch for the day so it includes your lunch and we were offered a complimentary glass of wine. I learned to make arancini appetizer style saffron chicken, anchovy pasta, and eggplant parmesan fabulous rustic almond cake.
Wifi did not reach the rooms but available in public spaces

Everything's excellent - the olive oil tour with Loris was a high point of the visit, discounting of course the dining which was so good we didn't leave during our 2 day stay. 2 days is not enough but all they had available.
