有泡湯區可以泡湯，也有室外的湯池👍泡完湯出來有明治牛乳投幣機可以選擇，好舒服

ロケーションくらい（駅の目の前だから）傍には、駅構内のキオスク位しかお店無し！

冷蔵庫に飲料水１本も無いホテルは、生まれて初めて！喉が渇いていたのでイライラ！フロントに尋ねたら、日本人の男性職員が、うっとうしそうに自動販売機があるって？信じられない回答が、何これって（チェックイン時間は　2023.9.24（日）15：00、チェックインに対応した職員ではない、別の日本人男性職員）だからと　宿泊費が安いホテルでは絶対ない！むしろ高くて、コスパ最悪！！絶対にお勧めしたくありません！！今回の７泊８日九州旅行(長崎、雲仙、武雄，福岡）で一番悪かった！！別館のスーペリア（スーパー？）ダブルルームを予約したのに、エレベーターの真横の部屋だった！抗議しようかとも思ったが疲れていたので止めました、二度と来なければいいから、我慢しました。そして、もっと驚く事が待ち受けていた！温泉を楽しみに行ったのに、屋上の露天風呂は　ひと１人浸かったら一杯になる位の浴槽だった。とても信じられなかった！！B.comに載っている露天風呂の写真が誇大広告に当たらないのか？？？？？（ペットのお風呂かと思える位）そして、トイレの　washletも動作がとても悪かった！（見たら聞いたことの無いメーカーの物だった）朝食も、ご飯のおかずも僅かで、パンにはバターと何か分からない変なジャムだけ！兎に角、温泉旅行なのに　ただ１泊寝て来ただけの　武雄温泉でした、ガッカリ、二度と行きたくない！！！

Was ok and a place to lay my head down at night.

Close to station. Area is growing.

Curtain was full of mold in my room. Room smelled bad. A good diffuser with some fragrance can go very good with the room. Stayed in main building possibly old side. The old wooden window shades need to go to an upgraded look.

Very pleasant stay.

The location was great as well as the staff. The public bath was nice although changing room/area was quite tight.

The room was small and lighting wasn’t sufficient. Things look very dated inside the room but common areas were very nice.

Pleasant

it is literally opposite the train station!

There’s no restaurant around for dinner, need to walk 8 mins away to the nearest MOS burger. Could have just serve simple dinner within the hotel i would have pay for dinner. The bed was comfortable but the pillow is too soft. The rooftop onsen was nice but nothing special.

Excellent location

The location is excellent, just I. front of Takeo station. I stayed there as the base to explore west Kyushu, as it only took 40 minutes to go to Nagasaki, 12 minutes to Saga, 6 minutes to Ureshino onsen ! the free breakfast had enough variety.

The room is not soundproof enough，was awakened by people next door when they slammed the door

Only choose this because of the location

Very close to JR station. Variety of dishes in the breakfast.

The room is pretty stuffy. There is no ventilation fan in the washroom so there is mold over the corners of the washroom. The room is very small. Low CP value.

you need to drive in Takeo Onsen as most sights are not within walking distance

it’s new and clean. it is near to the Takeo Onsen Station

There are no restaurants nearby for dinner. even the hotel restaurant is only for breakfast and nothing more. we walk for 10 mins to find only Mos Burger. we don’t come to Japan to eat Mos Burger. the train station does not serve food at night

Hotel staff fantastic at helping injured traveller!

We needed to see a doctor while in Takeo and the staff went out of their way to help us make this happen, made phone calls for us and even drove us to the hospital! Allen and other staff were amazing, the location, rooms, onsen and breakfast are first class.

Good value for price

Breakfast was good. Due to the dining room size you pick the time frame you want to eat during and they give you a ticket. You have thirty minutes but they didn't rush anyone who went a bit over out. The bed was great and I liked the pillow. The staff are fabulous but don't expect English. If you don't speak Japanese download a translation app like Google Translate or DeepL. I did not use the onsen but they do have one available for guests on the 8th floor so the view is probably great. I like that they don't have the tiny fridge already on as the noise drives me a bit squirrely, just switch on if you want to use it.

The bathroom was small but that's on me, I could have paid for a room with a nicer bathroom.

Convenient location, sweet staff, comfortable bed, great view, serviceable onsen, ok breakfast.

The hotel is a few short steps from the station, which was perfect. I checked in very quickly, as I wanted to go see the sakura illuminations at Mifuneyama Rakuen (don't miss it!). It was a 10-minute cycle over - and the best sakura illuminations I've seen in Japan in 10 years. I got there at 9:20, so not long to view all the paths and trees, but the pond and floating lanterns were gorgeous. The hotel was lovely, with sweet staff and a nice if fairly basic onsen. Definitely get out to one or more of the other local onsen if you can. Breakfast was fine - if a bit basic. Visit the bakery in the town hall a few blocks away for a real treat! :) The mini-baguette with adzuki and butter was so good, as were the other 5 pastries I took with me for the day.

Breakfast was sort of limited, but it was still during the covid times, so that's to be expected. The coffee wasn't particularly good, but that's a minor issue.
