I visited this property through booking. Com .I received a message from fab group that. Have to pay 150 rs to secure my booking.but when I went there the owner said they have no more tie up with fab. ..so guys be alert.this is fraud

They didn't approve my booking there. I want to take a separate room for stay and i paid 1700. I need my advance money back.

Messed up stay.

Only the location

The Hotel management claims, though they have received my booking details, the advance payment I made has gone to the previous management. The new management does not have any tie up with booking.com. The word "Fab" is no longer in the name, its "Hotel Elite Inn". There was no breakfast as promised because the restaurant is closed for maintenance. Bedsheets & pillows not very clean. There was no way I could contact the property management before check in as there was no response on the mobile number given. I was literally taken for a ride.

Very very very Poor

Very poor attitude, They didn't approved the booking and they give us room for Rs 1500/- without any offer and they said they don't have any tie up with Booking.com, If u need room pay Rs 1500/- so we pay them and checked in. This's totally rude and never expected from Booking .com really disappointing & unprofessional.

Worst hotel stay ever

Only the location is convenient

Firstly, the person managing the property Mr.Subhash is really very rude and doesn't deserve to be in the hospitality industry. He does not know how to speak with customers. He kept insisting that only one towel will be given pet room, inspite of us being 2 in a room. The rooms were not maintained properly. The bathroom did not have hot water, and was leaking and had rusty parts. The hotel looks in run down condition and I would never recommend any guests to stay there. Breakfast too was quite pathetic

ideal for you if you are looking a place to sleep but not if you are looking for a nice hotel experience

toilet was not clean. linens were not clean. I had to insist the staff to get fresh set of linen, tv didn’t work, AC was too weak. took 1hr on full swing to get the temp reduced by 3degree from ambient 27degreeC. breakfast was minimal.

Worst experience. AC doesn't work. Untidy room. Hell lot of bed bugs. Most of the rooms are vacant. Receptionist asked me pay the whole payment before checkin itself. Paid for breakfast and no refund provided as we have decided not to eat due to hygiene concern at Elite Inn

The receptionist was very rude, they dont have wifi, food service, gyzer and when I reached there he was charging extra than the booked amount
