Absolutely stunning. Both the resort and the area are amazing. The greenery, the sea, the backwaters, the views. The Bait restaurant. Amazing, highly recommend. Great value! Plus, I had my own private pool which was amazing. The extra pools dotted around the resort also beautiful.
I wish I was there for a loner time!! Must come back.

Excellent service and overall quality of my stay. The experience was very good.
I am writing to express my concern regarding several billing issues during my recent stay.
At checkout, staff attempted to charge double the room rate confirmed through Booking.com, citing "peak season." While the agreed rate was eventually restored after discussion, this should not have occurred.
Additionally, I was overcharged for dinner and transfer services—rates approximately three times higher than market standards and comparable hotels.
Although I enjoyed aspects of my stay, these issues compromised my experience. I request a management review to ensure rate transparency and proper billing practices moving forward.
