The apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was well presented, and the location was excellent with easy access to the doTERRA convention, restaurants, and public transport. Check-in was simple, and I found it to be a great base for my trip.
Nothing significant. Everything met my expectations, and I had a very comfortable stay.

Room - tiny but comfortable. I was worried about the shower, but the shower in my room had a door. So the bathroom never got flooded.
Location - very close to the train station. Also access friendly to anywhere in the city.
Soundproofing of the guest room - I could clearly hear the footsteps and voices of other guests walking down the corridor.

Good location. 10mins to the main train station. Shops just outside the hotel. TV with 3 channels. Availability to purchase breakfast in the hotel. Quiet area. 3 towels supplied.
Bathroom wasn't cleaned. There was a squeegee there for the floor in the shower to clean it but the squeegee was mouldy and literally black so I couldn't use it. The toilet smelled bad like it was leaking. I purchased breakfast option and they didn't have any vegan milk, cheese or meat slices. For vegetarian option there was some stuff like bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs, cereal but no vegan milk. The floor wasn't hoovered when I got in the room and there was some hair and sand on it. Someone came to my room to take the rubbish out however I wasn't informed that this may happen otherwise I wouldn't have agreed to it. I stayed there only for 3 nights so there was no necessity of taking the bin.
When I got in there was a bug on the wall.
The only reason why I didn't report this to the reception was I only stayed there to sleep and had a procedure done at the hospital and I didn't have time or energy to deal with this.
