Rimping Village is a solid, decent option if you’re looking for a peaceful base away from the noise, but it definitely leans on the quieter side.
Overall, it’s a fine, no-frills choice if you just want a reliable and quiet place to sleep, but look elsewhere if you prefer an active hotel vibe with on-site evening atmosphere.
Throughout the day—morning, lunch, and evening—there really isn’t much going on around the property. If you appreciate a calm, undisturbed atmosphere, that might be a plus, but it does mean there’s virtually no energy around the bar area for evening drinks or socializing.
The pool is fairly average in size, though clean, pleasant, and good for a quick dip after a day out. Location-wise, it takes around 20 to 25 minutes to get into the city center, so you will need to plan for a brief walk or catch a ride depending on where you're heading.

A charming boutique hotel in a tranquil location, yet close enough to the action. Lovely swimming pool, extensive bar menu.
There was nothing I didn’t like, although some background music around the pool/bar would have added to the ambiance.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. Great breakfast and great staff. Fully recommended.
Location is a bit off from the city center but with a taxi (via apps such as grab or bolt) its very easy to get around. The hotel restaurant closes quite early at night (last orders by 7 pm).
