Room condition is showing age, guests are hanging laundry on balconies which is unsightly, value for money is not great

The hotel it’s amazing, the location and amenities, and breakfast. Super good.
The rooms are a little bit old and the separation between bath and shower it’s not well resolved.

There was a lot of maintenance work going on with large sections of the hotel roped off. Public areas were noisy and dirty. Very unclear what menu was available and when….
