The pool area, health club and overall facilities were well kept and welcoming. Great service and high end experience.
The family room view could be better (overlooked the parking). Breakfast was too pricey.

Large comfortable room but totally overlooked by huge apartment block

Wide offer in main breakfast restaurant but it gets overcrowded
Kim and Wade deserve praise in the restaurant
The hotel has had its day. The garden is ruined by the 100s of neighbouring apartments
Neglected pool area - rusting slide, broken concrete and some umbrellas mouldy and torn
Horizon club staff allow complete breaks of the rules - guests stuffing their bags with drink, guests brining in their own food and wearing inappropriate clothing
Food offer in the club exceptionally poor - food unimaginative, bland, cold , lacking any sort of dressing, too meat focused
Our experience was so poor we cancelled our planned stay at the Shangri la in Bangkok
