The service and that the hotel well serves the Israeli/Jewish community and Chabad. The older charm and size of the room, the staff are amazing and the location ideal, especially for Chabad.
Some of the light fixtures were broken (bathtub light, floor lamp) and the lack of outlets near the beds. But the hotel predates cell phones so it’s understandable

Very good and varitey of choices for breakfast, the staff recognised you and they know what coffee, or eggs we liked for breakfast. Very polite and excellent service at each department we dealt, FO, F&B, Belldesk all of them are very good.
There is no such thing I don't like, I enjoyed every single day at the hotel, they upgraded without being asked, they even offered a basket full of different dried food, cookies, and juices because we stayed for a week.

Location and breakfast were good. Good room size. Staff was very good.
The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. If anything needs to be improved, it should be the pillows. They are flat and not comfortable.
