A lovely central location to rest from the hustle of busy Chiang Mai. We were let down with a booking for a cooking class and the helpful staff rang around to sort us a new booking at very short notice! So wonderfully helpful throughout our stay.
Would have been nice to be able to have a drink in the evening in reception or restaurant.

Friendly staff good breakfasts
Hot water kept going cold and was not thermostaticly controlled.
Advertised to sleep 3 but that's based upon you all in one bed which was not realistic so had to pay another 1000 bht for an extra bed per night apparently included breakfast but I already had that?
