Nice upscale hotel. They do their best to maintain the property, and the staff is amazing!
One minor comment - The hotel fixtures and amenities are a bit out dated and is not up to par with other luxury hotels.

Love the comfortable beds. Rooms was clean. Staff was amazing and very attentive. Breakfast, lots of options. Pool was beautiful.

- great amenities and kid-friendly
- nice spread of breakfast
- sound proofing good
- location is not bad, only 15min to airport
- spa is good and promotion price is good values considering the excellent service
- all staff are helpful and friendly
Room to improve:
- limited tv channels for live sport events
- need more variety for room service food options

Shangi La is a top flight resort with all things covered. Every staff member was great as were the amenities. The location is also great and centrally located to all of the must see spots in Chang Mai.
