Location was good service was good.
The pool area has very little chairs not enough for a hotel that big.
Only one elevator worked and it was a snail. Not good when the humidity is at its max and you have children with you.

Not necessarily didn’t like. It’s an older hotel so you can see the years however it is well maintained

They became intense almost aggressive even when told a straight “NO” when they tried to reel us in to a talk about their fiesta rewards program

Beautiful property
They need to offer more seafood dishes not just the inexpensive fish
We were missing things taken out of our room. Swiss Army knife and my backpack
