Staff are friendly, helpful and polite.
They found my belongings when I left them in the previous room the day before.
The location is so convenient for everything.
Other guests were chatting in the terrace in the very early morning, where was really close to our room.
I was not able to sleep again.
The lights on room were automatically put off. (We could not change to the other rooms because they were already full. Instead of that they gave us alternative idea.)

The room was spacious and unexpectedly we had even 2 balconies. It was very clean, AC worked well, the room service was great, and the stuff was very helpful.
Wifi connection was unstable.

Friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to help us.
Extremely noisey all night. It was warm so needed to leave the window open. Traffic all night.
