Person at the reception was always very kind and smile every time. He gave us lots of support and guidance (model for the perfect receptionist). Breakfast (we only asked this) was very good and with wide range of foods. Location of our room was perfect - totally in front of the beach and sea. Private (Hotel Jolanda) parking was not at the hotel but quite close (max. 2 minutes walk) and you always could find at least one car place.
BTW - free towels and breakfast was in the room price.
The night is quite noise due to some nice people (tourists?) who speak to each other loudly at 3 am. The garbage trucks also take the trashes in early morning and hear clinking of glass bottles for 10-15 minutes is not the sound I likes at that time. The room door is also "lighter" than at other places so you can hear the sounds from the corridor quite well (early morning / late night?).
Just a personal (maybe others has no problem with it): shower is quite small and the orders are un-comfortable + no shelf inside + the shower door moves difficult.
