Had a very relaxed stay here. The owners were so kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. They went above and beyond what we’d normally expect from a hotel stay. They spoke very good English and gave us lots of knowledge about the local area and places to visit etc. parked easily outside the hotel. The hotel was immaculately clean! Very quiet and as a last minute booking we were so happy. I’d definitely recommend to friends to stay.

This is a little gem of a hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was very good. This was just a 1 nite stopover for us, but I recommend that you check it out as possible hub for day trips around Tuscany. We ate at the little Pizzeria around the corner; it was fun and lively. The food was great too!!

Very good family hotel in best location between Toscana and Umbria .
Very best recommendation for the visiting many older cities and places , Lago Trasimeno, Thermal spa , Testing wine in Multepulciano and Montalcino and more….
Good Breakfast and very best coffee.

The staff were outstanding! We felt at home with Anna right away, she gave us great recommendations on what to see and where to eat. Breakfast was wonderful and parking plentiful. We would definitely come back again except this time for longer. Thank you to all!
